With the construction of Centennial Dormitory in 1989, the resulting quandragle—also bordered by Congdon, USGD, and the Lady Ivy Kwok Wu Science and Mathematics Center—has become a popular outdoor living room in warmer weather and home to the school's annual Commencement Exercises in May and Welcome Reception for new students in the September.
