Kara graduated with a double major in English and history from Middlebury College, where she co-captained the varsity squash team for two years and was commodore of the sailing racing team. At Taft, Kara teaches English, is assistant coach for girls’ varsity soccer, is head coach of girls’ JV squash, and works in Taft’s Writing Center. She lives in McIntosh House with her puppy, Quinn.
