A graduate of William Woods University, where she served as head residential advisor for three years, and a member of the Taft community since 2002, Dena has served as a faculty member since 2006 and, more specifically, as a dormitory head, testing coordinator, and director of student activities. She has also worked in the Taft Summer School as a dormitory faculty member. Currently spending much of her time working with the Dean of Students office, she collaborates to lead the student-leadership program, which also includes working closely with the headmaster and school monitors. Additionally, Dena is currently working to earn her Master's in Social Work at the University of Connecticut.
