Sergio earned a bachelor’s degree from Central Connecticut State University. During his senior year, he was elected president of the Athletic Training Club. A student intern at Taft during 2001, Sergio was appointed a faculty member the following year. At Taft, he serves as assistant athletic trainer. He is a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association and Connecticut Athletic Trainers’ Association. Sergio currently lives in Waterbury.
