Diana attended Oldfields School in Glencoe, Maryland, and credits that formative experience with her choice in education as her career path. After boarding school, Diana went on to receive a bachelor's degree in sociology from Roanoke College and a Master of Education in school counseling from Springfield College. She has worked in boarding schools for the past twenty five years. In addition, Diana has been an educational consultant, working closely with families and students to assist in all aspects of the admissions process. Diana began her career as a placement associate for Carney, Sandoe & Associates in Boston. From there, she served as the director of alumni relations and assistant director of admissions at Berkshire School, where she also worked in the counseling and college offices. Following Berkshire, Diana, and her husband, Jeremy, worked in various capacities at Fountain Valley School of Colorado, Shady Side Academy, and Kents Hill School. At Taft, Diana works in the admissions office, coaches, and is an advisor. Diana feels extremely fortunate to have the ability to welcome families to Taft and aid them through the admission process. She and Jeremy, who is the assistant head of school, live in a house just off campus with their three children and their kooky golden retriever.
