Debbie came to Taft in 2011 as public relations manager. She became director of alumni relations in 2013 and was appointed assistant director of communications in 2015. Debbie worked as a freelance writer and business journalist for more than 20 years. Prior to the start of her career in communications, she built and ran a highly regarded management training program at a Fortune 500 company. She recently served as executive director of a national non-profit, leading them through a strategic realignment and operational reorganization. Debbie is recognized for her acumen in business and brand development through print, digital, and social media content and strategies. She earned her undergraduate degree at Trinity College with honors, Phi Beta Kappa, and Psi Chi distinctions, and completed graduate work in RPI's Rensselaer at Hartford business program. Debbie lives in Woodbury with her husband.
