Coach Biography: Bob Ganung
Assistant Coach, Varsity Football
Coach Ganung enters his fifth year as the chaplain at Taft where he teaches courses in philosophy and religion in the Global Scholarship & Service Department. Coach Ganung played guard and linebacker at John Jay High School in Cross River, New York during an era when the varsity team was undefeated over a four year period. After receiving three degrees from Boston University and serving as a parish minister along the coast of Maine, he became the chaplain at Milton Academy where he was an assistant varsity football coach for five years working with the defensive and special teams. He will be working with the receivers and defensive line at Taft. Coach Ganung is also an assistant coach on the varsity baseball team.
