Boys' Junior Varsity Lacrosse
vs Kent School
Score/Result: 7-2 W
Wednesday, May 01, 2013—
The Little Big Red came away with a 7-2 victory at Kent. The game was unusual in that the Kent coach forfeited the game mid way through the second quarter claiming that the officiating was so bad he thought the game would get out of hand. So much for my previous statement that there are four quarters in a lacrosse game. Up until the lights went out Taft played very well. Christian Paton faced off well and scored twice. James Anderson and Parker Fiske scored twice as well. Alden Landry tallied once. Pat Cassidy made some spectacular saves and the defensive trio of Gribbin, Talhami and Salnikoff (sounds like a law firm) played solidly.
