Watertown, CT- Taft took on a strong K-O team at home on Monday. Ready for a win after Saturday's defeat, Taft was ready to go from the start. Shelby James '15 had another strong showing on the mound, which was complimented by fine defensive plays by Katie McLaughlin '13 and Lizzie Pelletier '13 at short and second base. Lizzie Pelletier '13 had back to back triples, earning 2 of the 4 scored runs during the game. Audrey Quirk '14 had a fine performance both behind the plate and at bat, earning herself an RBI as well. Taft will travel to take on Loomis Chaffe on Wednesday.
