Girls' Varsity Tennis vs Convent of the Sacred Heart

• We travelled to a sunny Greenwich Saturday for a match with Sacred Heart. The doubles was tightly contested and it appeared that we would take a 2-1 lead into the singles but it was not to be as the #2 team from SH eeked out a 9-7 nailbiter. We had many opportunities, however, to pull out the win but SH was just too strong. Isabel Stack and Shelby Meckstroth, at #6 and #3 respectively, were the big winners for us at singles. Of note: Georgia Bermingham and Maggie O'Neill remain undefeated on the season with their 8-3 triumph at #4 doubles!
