We won 7 matches in a row to knock off a vastly improved Hopkins team. John Davidge (160) needed a mere 44 seconds to earn a pin and knot the score at 6-6. Jeff Kratky (170) had an epic battle and pulled ahead with just 10 seconds to go to earn the win. Carl Sangree (182) finished undefeated in the league with a tremendous pin just as the second period ended. Will Pope (195) took just 40 seconds to earn his pin. Adam Parker (220) now enters the league tournament undefeated with all pins as he scored a first period pin. David Wolff (285) and Locke McGee (106) took forfeits to round out our scoring. We held a 39-6 lead before Hopkins came roaring back, but we had built up enough of a lead to hold off the onslaught.
