Two Taft students had pieces selected for the New Canaan Society for the Arts' 28th Annual Photography Exhibition, a juried show for amateurs, professionals and students from February 10 through March 9. The opening reception was Sunday, February 10.

Prizes were awarded for best in show, B&W and color for professionals, amateurs and students. The exhibition was open to all area photographers working in all photographic formats.

Selections were chosen by juror Paul Fusco, a photojournalist with Magnum Photos, New York.

The Taft pieces chosen were Sky Portrait, 2008, by Barbara Romaine '09 and Untitled by Giovana Espejo '09, along with a piece by photographer teacher Yee-Fun Yin (Terry, 2007) in the professional category.
