A comprehensive renovation of the entire west wing of HDT, the school’s most historic building, addresses a score of school needs, from handicap accessibility to LEED Gold certification and, of course, more room for the community to come together at mealtimes.The schools 1914 and 1959 dining halls were built to serve a school of 350 students and about 50 teachers and have served nearly double that since the school went coed in 1971.
