I’m from Accra, Ghana.
What kinds of things have you been involved in during your time at Taft?
I have played on the Boys’ Varsity soccer Team all four years. I am a school monitor and a lower school dorm monitor. I am also a member of the African Affinity group at Taft.
What is/was your favorite class at Taft?
My Honors French II & III classes from my sophomore and junior years have been my favorite classes at Taft. Mr. Chandler had a great sense of humor and encouraged everyone to speak French; the people in the class were very supportive.
What is your favorite spot on campus?
My favorite spot on campus is probably the first booth to the right in the Prentice Dining Hall. I usually sit there with my friends to eat, talk, and laugh.
What has been your most memorable Taft moment?
Dancing in the locker room after beating Loomis 3-1 to win the Founders League title my freshman year has to be my most memorable moment at Taft.
What is one piece of advice you’d give new or prospective Taft students?
Stay on top of your work, create good memories, and have fun.
What does it mean to be a Rhino?
Being a Rhino means setting good examples for others to follow, empathizing with others, and ensuring that everyone feels seen and heard.
