A graduate of the University of New Hampshire, Brian is a member of the History Department at Taft. After completing his bachelor’s degree in history and graduating Summa Cum Laude, he began his teaching career as an intern in Phillips Exeter Academy’s Summer Program. With an interest in continuing to work in boarding school, he moved to the New Hampton School where he taught history for two years, while also serving as a dorm parent and JV basketball and soccer coach. This year at Taft, he will be teaching U.S. and world history, as well as an elective course on the Soviet Union. He lives in HDT 4 with his partner and member of the world language department, Samantha Sullivan.
