Will comes to Taft after working at GCDS where he was the inaugural head strength and conditioning coach at the school and helped to develop the athletics program. Previously, Will was at Yale University as a strength and conditioning coach working with many of the school’s varsity sports including men’s ice hockey, men’s lacrosse, and women’s volleyball. Will has a bachelor’s degree in applied exercise science from Springfield College, and a master’s degree in physical education and coaching from Boston University, where he also worked as a graduate assistant strength coach. Will grew up in Milford, Connecticut, and is excited to move to Taft with his wife, Shannon Doyle-Turner, and his dog, Theo.
