Analisa Sevilla

Biography:

Analisa is a heritage speaker of Spanish with her family hailing from Honduras. A graduate of Hamilton College, she earned her BA in Hispanic studies with honors on her thesis and a minor in linguistics. Analisa is passionate about the Spanish-speaking world, having lived in Madrid and traveled to Peru, Ecuador, Honduras, and Belize. Before Taft, Analisa taught Spanish and math at Phillips Academy Andover. At Taft, Analisa teaches Spanish 150 and 350 and is an assistant coach for the girls’ JV ice hockey team. She lives on campus with her two dogs, Arwen and Rory.
