Bethaney Gulla-Devaney holds eight years of higher education experience in Admission and Student Life. Bethaney served for five years in the Office of Admission at her alma mater, Smith College. She helped domestic and international families navigate the college admission and financial aid processes. To further support student development, Bethaney taught curricula in college preparation and data visualization at MIT’s Summer High School Studies Program. Prior to her time at Smith, Bethaney worked in Student Affairs and Residential Life at Sarah Lawrence College and SUNY Cobleskill.

Bethaney holds a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from Smith College. She has co-authored peer-reviewed articles in scientific journals from her time working in research laboratories at Smith College, Harvard University, and abroad.
