Dr. Robbin Bibbs, PhD, joins The Taft School community as an experienced educator, program evaluator, education consultant, leadership coach, and student advocate. She is passionate about designing programs, systems, and resources that support student learning, well-being, confidence, and personal growth.

With extensive experience in behavior coaching, student leadership development, executive functioning support, and educational mentoring, Dr. Bibbs is committed to helping students strengthen their focus, build self-advocacy skills, and thrive socially, emotionally, and academically. She also brings a strong background in instructional coaching, program development, and program evaluation, with a focus on creating supportive learning environments where both students and educators can succeed.

Beyond her work in schools, Dr. Bibbs is an author, blogger, project manager, certified confidence life coach, certified health coach, inspirational speaker, and founder and CEO of The HERGLOSS Collection. She is also the writer of EmpowerHER: Middle School Rising, a weekly publication dedicated to supporting the confidence, wellness, leadership, and growth of middle school girls.

Dr. Bibbs is excited to join the Taft community and looks forward to partnering with students, families, faculty, and staff to help students feel known, supported, empowered, and prepared to reach their fullest potential.
