Amanda has worked in independent schools for 20 years, and is joining Taft after serving as the Director of Admission at Deerfield Academy since 2019. Prior to her time at Deerfield, Amanda worked at the Greenwich Country Day School as the Director of Secondary School Advising and at her alma mater, The Hotchkiss School, where she spent 9 years working in the admission office as well as coaching, advising, and serving as a dorm resident. Before beginning her work in schools Amanda spent time working in San Francisco, guiding fly fishing trips in Jackson, Wyoming, and attended Middlebury College in Vermont. At Taft, she will take on the role of Director of Enrollment Management.
