After graduating from Taft in 2001, Jessica matriculated to Cornell University, where she received her B.S. from the School of Industrial and Labor Relations. While at Cornell, she was a founding member of its chapter of the Delta Sigma Pi Professional Business Fraternity. At Taft, Jessica was part of the dance ensemble, a dormitory monitor, and active in many student leadership organizations.

After college, Jessica worked as a credit analyst with Citigroup Asset Management in New York. Then, while living in Canada for several years, she wrote content for marketing campaigns and client websites with Caridan Marketing Labs in New York. Before returning to Taft, Jessica spent five years living in Switzerland with her family, during which time she worked as a college counselor with Stonehill Educational Consultants in London, assisting international students with the university application process.

At Taft, Jessica works in admissions and serves as assistant director of financial aid. She coaches life fitness in the fall. Jessica recently graduated from Harvard University with a Master of Liberal Arts. She lives near campus with her husband, Ryan, and their two children.
