Biography:

Originally from South Florida, Justin attended Berkshire School where he played varsity football, ice hockey, and track; was the recipient of the 2007 Weil Family Prize for Public Speaking; and was the cofounder of the Berkshire School Philanthropy Society. Justin matriculated to Hamilton College where he earned his BA in history and played ice hockey and football. Following his time at Hamilton, he spent two years playing and coaching ice hockey professionally for CHH Txuri Urdin in Donostia-San Sebastian, Spain, and tutoring English while working towards earning a TEFL Certificate. He then returned to the U.S. and spent five years living in New York City, including a two-year stint in the marketing department at Knoll, Inc., and a season as a coach for the Columbia Prep boys’ varsity ice hockey team. At Taft, Justin teaches Spanish and coaches football and boys’ varsity hockey. He serves as the dorm head in Centennial, where he lives with his partner Liga, their two dogs, Buck and Ripa, and their cat, Mika.
