Saviour Anyagri
Saviour A. Anyagri is from Garu, Ghana, and currently resides in HDT at Taft. Additionally, he is fortunate to have two wonderful host parents in East Canaan and Roxbury, Connecticut, whom he also considers part of his home. Saviour came to the United States as a ninth grader at The Hotchkiss School through the Right to Dream soccer academy in Ghana. He went on to play Division I soccer, first at Wofford College before transferring to the University of Delaware, where he completed both his undergraduate degree in human resources and a master’s in business administration.
Saviour is the founder of the Saviour Organization, a charitable initiative focused on providing developmental opportunities to children in underserved communities in rural Ghana. At Taft, he works in admissions and serves as an assistant coach for the boys’ varsity soccer team.
