After a blazing hot afternoon at Canterbury, the Rhinos emerge satisfied with their results. Joe Zarif ‘20 lead the line with a PR time of 18:25 (5:56 pace), placing fifteenth for the rhinos. Nate Dexter ‘22 followed closely behind with a PR time of 19:02 (6:08 pace), placing twenty-eight. Mason Conto ‘21 place third for the Rhinos with a time of 19:37 (6:19) pace despite taking the race as a training opportunity, coming back from a back injury. Mark Naguib ‘20, William Roberts ‘22, Jack Johnson ‘23, and Jude Celebi ‘23 all successfully made their Taft debuts with official times of 20:12 (6:30 pace), 20:34 (6:37 pace), 21:00 (6:46 pace), and 21:49 (7:02 pace) respectively. The Rhinos look forward to their first meet next weekend against Choate Rosemary Hall and Trinity Palling.
