Taft hosted a talented Westminster team on a wet and gray Wednesday. Looking to tally another win at home, the Rhinos came out strong in the first half. Relentless pressure through the midfield had Westminster on their heels. A perfectly executed corner play for the Rhinos put them on the board first, the goal from Chloe Agopian just three minutes into play. The Rhinos held their lead and headed into halftime ahead by one. The second half saw an incredible defensive effort from the home team, Jenna Guglielmi making key saves in net and a united defensive effort held Westminster off the board until they finally converted on a corner and tied the game with 16 minutes left. The winning goal came shortly thereafter and Westminster was able to hold on for the win. Guglielmi had 18 saves in net and the defensive unit held strong through 16 corners.
