Taft hosted Loomis Chaffee under the lights for their first home game of the season. The Rhinos found themselves on their heels for the better part of the first half, having a hard time finding any offensive momentum against a strong visiting team. Chloe Agopian was able to capitalize on a rebounded ball, putting Taft on the board first with less than 2 minutes to play in the first half. Taft came out strong in the second, adding another goal from Callia Ferraris just 5 minutes into the half. A strong defensive effort held Loomis scoreless until the 56th minute, when they were able to execute a corner play. Taft held on for the win. Jenna Guglielmi tallied 18 saves in net.
