Always a great meet, this four-way battle between Loomis, Hotchkiss, Northfield and Taft again saw some fast times and great competition. NMH's top runner took the race out fast, had control by the mile mark, and led all the way, but Taft's Charlotte Murphy kept her in sights to finish 2nd overall in a quick 19:32. Kate Cicchetti ran with Loomis top two but broke away to finish 3rd overall in 19:53. Rina Kurihara (9th), Annabell Sorensen (14), Sydney Grogean (15), Charlie Brodhead (16) and Stella Oldakowski (18) would round out Taft's top seven in a field of 66 total runners. Loomis ran very well as a team, putting five runners in the top 10 to win the meet, while Taft defeated Hotchkiss and NHM. The JV rhinos came through with some great team running to defeat an a strong Loomis JV team, 26-30. Taft's JV was led by Clara Piasecki, Annabel Pick, Leyla Zhaksybek, Brooke Wilcox and Lilly Izmirlian.
