The Rhinos traveled to Greenwich Academy on a Wednesday afternoon to face a competitive GA side. Taft started the game well, getting on the board midway through the second half via a direct free kick goal from Marion Ayeh '25. Taft doubled their tally minutes later as Susanna Adams '22 neatly finished a cross into the box. Following the start of second half play, GA got on the board following a scramble on a corner kick. The Rhinos were unable to clear the ball, leading the GA player to volley the ball home while leaving Goalkeeper Eliza Ford '21 with no chance. For the remainder of the half, the Rhinos defended brilliantly. A full team effort saw the Rhinos finish the game on top, 2-1. The Rhinos travel to Hopkins Academy on Saturday for the second time this year, after earlier visiting for their preseason friendly in early September.
