Taft vs. Berkshire (3-0) Set 1: 25-8 Set 2: 25-19 Set 3: 25-20 Our first home win came from defeating Berkshire in three sets. Our team is working very hard learning the strategies and skills necessary to be a strong varsity team. With only one returning varsity player our improvement will be great with each day of practice. There were great rallies going back and forth and some terrific net play. Our defense is becoming more solid and we are adjusting to be a more aggressive attacking team. We are proud of our setters working hard to run our offense and our bench provides support and positive good cheer. We have a difficult schedule and our plan is to take each match at a time. As our season progresses we will be pleased with our positive and forward movement.
