The boys finished the season with a strong showing at the New England Championships. Tate Celebi led the way for us with an All-New England 20th place finish in 16:37. Ali Griswold took 40th overall in 17:19. Ten seconds later, Malin Adams crossed the line to get 47th. Huck Griswold crossed the line in 17:54 for 56th and Rory McNamara finished off our scoring with 58th place in 17:59. All 5 of our these runners broke the 18-minute mark. Rounding out the varsity seven were Augi Booth in 68th with 18:13 and Trevor Stellmach in 81st with 18:46. These results placed us in 9th overall among the 15 teams. We finished ahead of all the teams we had beaten in the regular season. We also beat NMH by 11 points despite losing to them in the regular season. So this was a very successful day. On the JV side, we also took 9th among the teams. Leading the way for us was Michael Xu whose time of 18:07 earned 16th place and All-New England honors. We had worked on pack running all season, and the JVs produced 2 strong packs. Dylan Shi (40th in 19:16) Eli Arroyo (41st in 19:19) and Jed Spencer (47th in 19:29) all crossed within 13 seconds of each other. Then our other pack, Aarav Dodhia (71st in 20:24) Will Post (73rd in 20:30) and William Zhao (75th in 20:34) were all within 10 seconds of each other. Hot on their heels were Dylan Muellers (20:42)and Tom Bodson (20:44) to give us 5 runners within 20 seconds. Also finishing for us were Jayden Oon (21:12), Gavin Poon (21:36), and Carson Chen (21:43).
