Millbrook fought back in the second period, scoring a rebound goal, cutting the lead to 2-1. Millbrook then scored again early in the third period on the power play, tying the game at 2-2. However, The Rhinos responded, with Smith scoring the game-winning goal. In net, Maddy Pope was exceptional, making several clutch saves to keep the opposition at bay.
