In our opening race, the boys did a terrific job securing wins over both Choate (20 - 38) and Trinity-Pawling (15 - 50). Leading the way was senior Tate Celebi in a phenomenal 16:36. This ties Tate for the 4th best time any Taft runner has raced on our course. Securing second place in 17:13 was senior tri-captain Huck Griswold. This places Huck 13th on the all-time list, just 1 second behind his PR on the course. Tri-captain Malin Adams took fourth overall in 17:46 with tri-captain Rory McNamara fast on his heels in 17:52. These times earn 32nd and 36th on the all-time chart. Will Post (18:39) finished out the varsity scoring taking home 8th overall. William Zhao was right behind Will in 18:52 giving us 6 of the top 9 finishers. Dylan Shi completed the varsity lineup with an 11th place finish in 19:14 All boys ran this race, so the next finishers were officially JV. Dylan Muellers took 17th on 19:39 followed immediately by Michael Xu in 19:46. This gave us 9 runners completing our course in under 20 minutes. Lower mid Ben Kaskin finished third on our JV and 27th overall in 20:49. Lower mid Willson Littman took 34th in 21:25 just edging out middler Tim Kasian in 21:26. New students Jacob Obenshain (21:53) and Martin Seetso (22:02) finshed out the official JV scoring. Also completong the race for us were Daniel Fougere (22:03), Gavin Poon (22:12), Colton Bass (22:47), Colin Barlow (23:21), Grant Mo (25:17) and Andrew Kim (28:41)
