The boys' junior varsity basketball program is led by Coach Alex Merrill. Merrill is a former player at Philips Exeter, and has coached at King Low Heywood Thomas, Charlemont, and Kingswood-Oxford for ten years. Coach Derek Palmore has been a coach for eleven years most recently at Milton Academy.

The JV program focuses on fundamentals of the game and plays an attacking up-tempo style of offense and a hard-nosed brand of defense. The JV squad is comprised of young men working to improve their games and reach the varsity level.
