Are you REaDy? April 28 is Taft's Day of Giving 2022

It's almost here... Are you REaDy?

Thursday, April 28, is our seventh annual Day of Giving—a day when Tafties come together to celebrate and support our incredible community of students, alumni, parents, grandparents, faculty, staff, and friends.

"Our Day of Giving has become a fun and highly-anticipated time to come together, reconnect, and revel in Rhino pride," says Director of Annual Giving and Constituent Relations

Allison Lyman. "We're always grateful for the energy and enthusiasm our extended Taft family brings to this event."

This year, donors will receive more than our deep gratitude and the satisfaction of knowing that they are supporting all of the people, programs, and experiences that make a Taft education so extraordinary. Day of Giving donors making gifts of $5 or more will receive a Taft Rhino decal. Popping it on a laptop, water bottle, or car is a fun way to show your Taft pride.

"For the past seven years, members of the extended Taft community have risen to the Day of Giving challenge, and it has truly made a difference in the lives of current students and faculty, while helping us maintain our beautiful campus," adds Director of Parent Giving Joyce Romano. "On April 28, we're issuing a new challenge, and calling on 500 individual donors to help us raise $500,000 in 24 hours."

A gift of any size will go a long way toward helping us reach our Day of Giving goal, and may be made at via credit card, Venmo (@Taft1890), or PayPal. Gifts can also be made by calling the Development Office at 800-959-8238.

"Check our giving site often to track our Day of Giving progress. You'll also see which class years are topping the giving charts, and where our donors are checking in from across the globe," notes Lyman. "It is just one more way for Tafties to connect and engage on April 28."

So, are you REaDy, Rhinos? Let's come together on April 28 and make this Day of Giving the best one yet!

Go Big RED!
