Pam graduated cum laude from Middlebury College, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in secondary education. She earned a master's degree in English at Middlebury as well. As a certified teacher, Pam taught at a public high school in Connecticut for nine years before being appointed to the Taft faculty in 1995. She was a class dean for eight years, and she currently teaches English and aerobics. Pam and her husband, Willy, have two sons, John ’14 and Tom ’16. John recently graduated from Brown University and serves on the faculty at Middlesex School. Tom is a junior at Brown, currently studying abroad in Chile.
