Sarah joined the Taft faculty from the University of Colorado at Boulder and Metropolitan State University of Denver, where she was an instructor in French and English language and literature. Sarah received her Bachelor of Arts in French with minors in humanities and African studies from Brigham Young University and a Master of Arts in French Literature from Tulane University. In 2012, she received her Doctorate in Comparative Literature from the University of Colorado with a dissertation titled “The Revolutionary Heroine in French and British Literature of 1789.” Sarah was awarded the “Best Should Teach: Silver Award” and the “Graduate Teacher Excellence Award,” both from the University of Colorado. Sarah teaches French, coordinates Community Service Day, and lives in Mac House with her husband, Christopher, and their three sons.
