After graduating from Taft in 2018, CJ earned a bachelor of arts degree in theater and a bachelor of science degree in computer science from Lafayette College. He has studied acting, stagecraft, and directing while completing his degree including directing a main stage production of Peter Shaffer's Black Comedy. He has also worked at Taft's Summer School after graduating, and with Taft's Police Activity League program since 2016 where he served as a math and computer science teacher. Many of us will remember CJ for his work in technical theater and video at Taft, where he won both the Bill Waldron Memorial and Taft Video Arts Awards. In addition, he was nominated for a Halo Award for Best Theatrical Special Effects.
