EthicsPoint Reporting

The Taft School is an organization committed to educating the whole child and our Code of Conduct articulates the school’s standard for ethics, integrity, and community norms.

Taft is committed to ensuring an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable approaching the School in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.

Community members are encouraged to submit reports relating to violations of Taft’s Code of Conduct, as well as to ask for guidance related to policies and procedure in the Employee Handbook or Student Handbook. The school also welcomes positive suggestions, stories, and personal experiences.

In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use this hotline, hosted by a third-party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose.
