Issues from Fall 2009 onward contain class notes, but are password protected. The password is distributed with the electronic version of each issue.

David Wisner ’00

 

David Wisner ’00 serves as the deputy chief of mission and chargé d’affaires a.i. (ad interim) at the U.S. Embassy in Albania. After joining the State Department in 2008 as a foreign service officer, his career has also taken him to the Central African Republic, Sudan, Algeria, and Washington, D.C.
