Taft's Fourth Annual Day of Giving
May 1, 2019

Taft's Day of Giving is one of our favorite days. Why? Because your enthusiasm, support, and love of Taft is contagious and makes the school a better place for Taft students. Together we can make a difference in just one day.

Alumni classes will again compete by decade during this year's fourth annual Day of Giving. The class with the highest participation will earn a plaque to be mounted on one of the seats in Bingham Auditorium. Last year's winners are looking to hold on to their titles, while everyone else will be working to unseat the classes of 2012, 2000, 1999, 1980, 1978, 1961, 1957, and 1946.

"We are hoping to exceed last year's total of 530 individual donors," says Annual Fund Director Kelsey Kerr P '07. "We hope that we again have the broad support of alumni and current parents, former parents, and friends on this Day of Giving that helps support Taft's Annual Fund."

Current Taft students will make calls during a telethon to alumni on the evening of April 30. "We hope our alumni will take those calls and hear the enthusiasm of our students as they ask for your support," adds Kerr.

Parents' Fund Director Amy Gorman P '12,'14 hopes that Taft parents will show their support on this important day. "Taft parents are an extremely supportive and generous group," says Gorman. "They are grateful to see their gifts at work, advancing the academic and extracurricular programs that are so important to their children."

Gifts of every size are appreciated and may be made on the Taft website via credit card, Venmo (@Taft1890), or PayPal. Gifts can also be made by calling the Development Office at 800-959-8238. Thank you for your generous and ongoing support.
