Boys’ Soccer and Field Hockey Headed to NEPSAC Class A Tournament Final

On Saturday, boys’ soccer and field hockey both punched their tickets to the NEPSAC Class A Tournament final; boys’ soccer set to take on Milton Academy, field hockey ready to face off against Andover on Sunday, November 19.

On Saturday, boys’ soccer and field hockey kept their momentum going from their quarterfinal matchups and were both once again victorious in their NEPSAC Class A semifinal games.

Boys’ soccer played a full game, plus two overtime periods, before heading to penalty kicks, where they were able to pull off the victory over Worcester Academy.

Field hockey jumped out to an early 2–0 lead against Nobles, who would eventually score late in the second half to get within one, but the Rhinos were able to hold them off, winning the game with a final score of 2–1.

On Sunday, boys’ soccer is set to take on Milton Academy at 11:30 am at Suffield Academy, and field hockey will be facing off against Andover at 2:00 pm at Pomfret School. Both games will be livestreamed and can the links to the livestreams can be found here.
