Fall 2021 Arrival Schedule


September 2 & 3 

  • Preseason athletes arrive (by invitation only)
  • Invited athletes may arrive after 3 pm on 9/2 or after 12 pm on 9/3. More information will be sent to invited preseason athletes by the Athletics Office by the end of July.

September 5

  • Monitors arrive for training (information will be sent by Ms. Duffy)

September 6 

  • Student mentors for international students arrive (information will be sent to these student by Ms. Bell)

September 7

  • International students arrive (Mr. LaCasse will send additional information to new international students)
  • New Seniors/PGs arrive (Mr. Kenerson and Mrs. McCabe will be in contact with an invitation to a welcome dinner and orientation)
  • Remaining student mentors arrive (more information will come from Ms. Bell

September 8

  • New student orientation (information will be sent to all new students from Mr. Frew)

September 9

  • Classes begin

Please note that this year (like last year) all students must arrive with a guardian who can immediately take a student off campus if they do not meet pre-arrival requirements.

  • Student and family information verification; grandparent form; student ID photo request*
  • Laptop Program Enrollment*

  • Student debit card and banking information
  • Rooming assignments (end of August)

*New students and their parents/guardians will receive emails marked with an asterisk. All other mailings will be sent to both new and returning students and their parents/guardians.
