In order to subscribe to alerts you need a taftschool.org account.
Go to www.taftschool.org/login. Login if you already have a taftschool.org account. If you do not have a taftschool.org account click on Create New Account and follow the instructions.
You have the option of subscribing to alerts via text message as well as by email. If you wish to do this login to your account, click on the profile icon in the upper left hand of the page, and select Subscriptions.
Click + Add text-enabled phone
Enter your mobile phone number. Make sure you select your carrier in the dropdown list next to the phone number. Click Save Phone
You will need to verify your phone number in order to receive alerts. Click the red Verify link next to your mobile phone number.
Click Request Code. A code will be sent via text message to the phone number you provided. Enter this code into the Code field, then click Verify.
You should now see Text Enabled next to your phone number:
Athletics Alerts
In order to add athletics alerts, go to the athletics schedule and click on the orange bell icon in the upper right section of the schedule.
Scroll down to the team you wish to subscribe to alerts for. Click on the blue Alerts button next to that team.
Select your alerts options. Make sure to check the box next to your phone if your wish to receive text alerts. Once you have set your preferences click the Update Settings button.
Calendar Alerts
In order to subscribe to calendar alerts, click on the yellow bell icon in the upper right corner of the calendar.
Select the calendar(s) you wish to subscribe to, along with your alert settings. Click the Update Settings button once you have finished.
