Tuition and Fees for 2025

Five-Week Programs

Boarding Students: $9,950

This all-inclusive fee covers tuition, room, and board; textbooks and lab fees; airport transfers; and all school-wide trips and activities, including weekend excursions.

In addition, a minimum deposit of $150 is required to set up a personal spending account. Money in this account can be accessed by making purchases or cash withdrawals at the school store.

International students are also required to deposit an additional amount to be determined for mandatory health insurance coverage.

Financial Aid: Limited need-based assistance is available to full-time U.S. students in the Young Scholars or Liberal Studies programs. The deadline to apply for financial assistance is March 1.

Full-Time Day Students: $5,200

This fee covers tuition, lunch, sports, textbooks, and lab fees as well as extracurricular activities and school trips on Monday through Friday from 8 am until 4:30 pm. Weekend trips are not included in this amount. Based on space availability and other factors to consider, participation may be possible, but only with special permission from the Director (additional charges will apply).

Financial Aid: Limited need-based financial aid is available to full-time day students in the Young Scholars or Liberal Studies programs. The scholarship application deadline is May 1. Priority is given to deserving applicants who can demonstrate financial need.

Part-Time Day Students: $1,900/course

The fee includes tuition, textbooks, and lab fees.

Application Fee and Deposit

A nonrefundable application fee of $175, payable by check or credit card, is due with each application. If a student is accepted to the program and enrolls, $100 of the application fee will be applied to the deposit.

Within two weeks of official notification of acceptance to the program, a nonrefundable deposit of $1,000 is required to hold a student's place in the program. The remainder of the tuition is due by June 1.

As the School must honor financial commitments that are made based on expected enrollment, the tuition of any student who voluntarily withdraws or is dismissed from the program after June 23th will not be refunded.

Two-Week Programs

Young Writer's Enrichment Institute & Writer's Lab: $4,680

Algebra Training Workshop: $4,680

This amount is all-inclusive and covers tuition, books, room and board, and school-wide trips and activities.

Note: Financial aid is not available for these programs.
