To the Golf Coach: If you are completing this form, the student has applied to Summer@Taft and is requesting admission to our Summer Golf Program. The student will be part of a small group of young golfers and will receive group lessons four days per week. To be considered for this golf program, the student must be able to provide a USGA Certified Handicap Index of 16.5 (for boys) or 23.2 (for girls). If this score verification is not possible, we can also accept a video demonstrating an appropriate level of skill.
